These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Trendsly (the “App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), operated by Rapidx Tech. By accessing or using our platform, browser applications, APIs, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Trendsly. By registering an account or using the App, you confirm and warrant that you meet these legal eligibility requirements and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

When you create an account on Trendsly, you agree to the following obligations:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and OAuth tokens.
• You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during registration.
• You are solely responsible for all activities and interactions that occur under your account.
• You must immediately notify Rapidx Tech of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account.

Our App offers various subscription and intelligence plans (such as Starter, Pro, Growth, and Enterprise), billed securely via authorized payment gateways, primarily Cashfree Payments (including UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Netbanking, and Wallets):

• Payments are processed securely via Cashfree and are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated in writing.
• You agree to provide accurate billing and tax details, and authorize Rapidx Tech to charge your designated payment method for selected plans.
• Subscription renewals will be processed according to the chosen billing cycle until cancelled prior to the renewal date.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

• Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful commercial purposes.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, overload, exploit, reverse-engineer, or decompile any part of the Trendsly platform.
• Share, sub-license, resell, redistribute, or misuse subscription accounts, data exports, or private API endpoints with non-authorized third parties.
• Use automated scrapers, bots, or excessive scraping tools that degrade system responsiveness for other sellers.

All content, brand names, logos, proprietary scoring algorithms, user interface designs, and software associated with Trendsly remain the exclusive intellectual property of Rapidx Tech. You may not copy, replicate, distribute, or modify our software without our explicit prior written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. Upon termination, your right to access Trendsly and its associated data feeds will cease immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rapidx Tech and Trendsly are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to inventory decisions, lost profits, supplier disputes, or marketplace changes. Market intelligence and sales estimates are provided for informational and analytical assistance only.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory updates. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of Trendsly following the posting of revised Terms signifies your acceptance of those changes.
